with customers ASAP. Customers wonder and worry "Is everything OK with my order? What is the status of my order?
Is my item available? When will it be available?". Our system utilizes the latest technology and highly customized software
to handle the complicated task of ordering, checking inventory, event tracking, shipping and receiving, and
effective communication with customer, allowing them to view the entire ordering process and status for each item ordered.

Group Order Information.  How to order dresses for a group event.

For group orders we advise that you first do an inventory check because not all sizes may be available.
Also check our In-Store Inventory Database.  

Placing A New Group Order: Submit one order for the whole group. This will insure that we will not continue with the order unless all sizes are available.  We can ship items to separate addresses if necessary at a added cost ($20 per additional address + shipping) but please try to ship to one address to avoid complications.  
Indicate which dress goes to which person/address in the comment section of the order form.
 
How do I place an ORDER?

To place an order, click on the ADD TO CART button from any item page and complete the order form.

All orders must be submitted online. If you have an existing order, you may use the live-chat or call to make changes.
How can I search by ITEM#, COLOR, SIZE, PRICE?
To search our CATALOG DATABASE, click HERE.
Catalog database shows all continued/current items that may or may not be available at the factory or our warehouse.
Please note that availability of dresses constantly change.

In-store inventory database shows items that are available at our warehouse, available for immediate shipping.
How do I find out if you have a DRESS IN STOCK?
First,  check our In-Store Inventory Database
You can search by ITEM#, COLOR, SIZE or any combination.  If not available, you can check if it is available at the factory by submitting Inventory Check Request Form.  (this feature may not be available during the peak season)

How can I track my UPS & USPS package?
UPS packages in transit can be tracked using your ORDER ID or Tracking#.  Click HERE to track  UPS packages.

How can I check on my ORDER STATUS Online?
You can view online everything about your order, including the status of each item ordered. Click HERE
Why does my record show BALANCE DUE even though I have provided credit card data.
You may see a balance due amount showing on your record even though you provided us the payment information. This is because we often do not charge your credit card until the day of shipping, in case your order is not available.

Can  I see a dress in OTHER COLORS?
We apologize for not having all colors mentioned showing on the item page, but all pictures we have are already online. Most of our dresses come in standard colors/shades. If not, it is mentioned on the page. For example, dark lilac is mentioned as "Victorian Lilac" or "Dark Lilac".
Can you send me COLOR SWATCH?
We do not have any color swatches to mail out.  Please use our website.
What MATERIAL are dresses made of?
Almost all dresses are made of polyester. Unless mentioned otherwise, material is polyester.
WHERE IS YOUR STORE?
We are online store only. We have office/warehouse located in San Jose California, about one hour south of San Francisco.
If item is SOLD OUT, how long would it take to be available again?
If the dress is sold out, it usually takes about 2-3 months to be available again. We can only advise you to check our Inventory Check Request Form from time to time. In response to that form, we sometimes mention the schedule of next shipment if it is told to us by the factory.
Do you have PRINTED CATALOG?
We do not have any printed catalogs available. Please use our website.
Can I place a PHONE ORDER?
Orders taken over the phone sometimes have errors so we accept orders online only. If you do not have access to online, please fax us the order with complete information.
HOW LONG does it take to RECEIVE my ORDER?
Items from our In-Store Inventory Database are available for immediate shipping. Non-Instore items are ordered from the factories, and usually take about 5-7 business days for you receive. Some made-to-order dresses take from 4-10 weeks.
What type of PAYMENTS are accepted?
We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also except Money Order / Cashier's Check and PAYPAL. Personal checks are not accepted.

SIZE CHART & MEASUREMENTS (What size should I get?)
Please read carefully the page of the dress you are interested. Some dresses are measured differently, and it is mentioned on each page. To determine your size, start with the waist size. WAIST SIZE is most important, then BUST SIZE, then HIP SIZE. For most dresses, height of dresses are made for person of height 5'7".  Please keep in mind that alteration is done in most cases for special occasion dresses.
WHERE are the dresses MADE?
Most of our dresses are made in the U.S.A.  Silk dresses and sequence dresses are imported from China.

Our wholesale system is simple. Minimum total quantity is 20 pieces (any item), and wholesale cost is 30% off the prices shown on our website.
