I ordered the LK-4121 for my junior bridesmaid
about a week ago! The dress arrived today and is
absolutely gorgeous! There were a few slight problems with
my order, not the company's fault, but the customer service was
extremely thorough and helped me to correct the problems right
away. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism
and friendliness of the customer service reps. Shipping
was extremely fast and the prices of the dresses were what
initially attracted me to the store. However, should I
ever need to purchase something from the store again, I would

department store. In the family photographs I tried to stand behind my
grown children because I felt so ugly. Even though I had promised myself

I just want to say that i have nevered ordered apparel on a website for fear of wrong size or material. I was a little skeptical at first but your online advertisement view of clothing and specifics of sizes, material and reasonable prices convinced me to order.
I AM SO HAPPY I DID!!!! The first dress i ordered, i returned because i didn't properly measure myself so i ordered too small. Your company was so understanding and helpful when i wanted to return the dress for a larger size and when i mailed the product incorrectly which delayed return time they helped me get it right. Even though i wasn't able to get the item in a larger size, i was offered to exchange it for something else. I found another beautiful dress even less than what i paid for the original.
The dress has arrived way before my event November 4th and i can't stop trying it on. I really don't like taking pictures because of my size but this dress makes me look all around slender! I was married on June 26th, 2005 in Belmont CA at Ralston Hall Mansion.
The theme of my wedding was Victorian and I knew what type of dress I was looking for and
I knew it would be had to find. I checked out your wed site and I found the perfect
bride’s maids dress for my wedding. I don’t have the ladies names that helped me but
they were wonderful. Even though the dress’s I ordered were being discontinued I got a
prompt call letting me know not all sizes were available and the problem was taken care of
immediately and the dresses came in within the week. I also bought all of the gloves that
the bride’s maids and I wore for the wedding and they looked so good. My maid of Honor
came in to buy one last pair and she told me that the person helping her had to look high
and low to find the last pair of Ivory long bunched gloves. Thank you so much for your
