You
will receive following information:
After submitting an order, you will receive an "order received
confirmation" email.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email with link to view your record, along with order ID.
You will receive email notice if there is any issue with your order.
Ex. event date, payment, order status...
You will receive an email notice for each item ordered: "Item
Ordered", "Item Sold Out", "Item Discontinued",
"Item will be ReOrdered in x Days" along with additional information
(if given by factory) for other available
sizes and colors.
When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email the shipping
information w/ the tracking number.
When checking for inventory, you will receive confirmation
email, followed by inventory check result email.
When a returned item is received, you will receive
"returned item received" email.
When a refund is in process, you will be notified by
two emails "refund in process" and "refund completed".

"How do I know items I ordered are available?" If you place an order
with us before 10am(west coast) / 1pm (east coast), you will know whether
ordered item(s) are available or not by 1-6pm(west coast). We fax orders to
factories daily around 10am (west coast) and factories respond by 1-6pm the
same day (in most cases). We process the response right away, and customers are notified by email on status of each item ordered.
Please note: Sometimes emails are sent to BULK / SPAM folder. To be sure, please allow emails from www.therosedress.com or add to SAFE SENDER list.
Due to variety of color, size, and large number of styles, not all ordered items are available.
Colors and sizes are constantly sold out and re-stocked, which complicates the ordering process, especially for group orders.
It's a good idea to be prepared with a second or third choice.
Items ordered from In-Store Inventory Database are very likely to be available unless it was sold right before you ordered.

I received the reply two hours after I sent the email to you. Besides, I only need one dress. I was just making sure that I have backups just incase my first choice is not available. Hello, my name is Lana. I placed my order this Wednesday and I choose second day shipping for the delivery. I have received an email that my shoe is available. And so, I called your customer service number and inquire when the shoe will be shipped, the lady said that they will process it for shipping today. Since I’m not tied for that day, I asked the agent if I can just pick up the item at the warehouse. She said yes and so I went to your warehouse and picked up my shoe.
