If item is Not
Available or Sold out, you WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
You will not be charged if item is not available or sold
out. Charging or "capturing" is done
when item is shipped. When your order is processed, your card
will only be "authorized" showing "pending" status, which will
drop off automatically if not "captured". The correct
amount will be "captured" when item is shipped.
Please be assured that we have sophisticated
system for highly accurate and reliable accounting. If item is returned for exchange and
replacement item is sold out, store credit will be issued.
Different Size Exchange
Policy
For an exchange to a
different size (for same item and color), there will be
a 10%
restocking fee only.
Please note that NONE of the factories accept returns,
and this is a serious issue for formal wear business. Exchanges/returns
are costly (item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost),
and we are striving for the best policy in the industry.
Please consider that there are many different body shapes/types,
and alteration is done on most special occasion dresses for
"perfect fit".
Please contact customer service within 5 business days of
receiving your package to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
(RAN) before sending the item back. No return numbers can be
issued after the 5 days.

paid by customer.
Different
Color, Different Item Exchange
Policy

Order
Cancellation Policy
If item status is showing "Ready to Order" then
you may cancel without any fee.
If item status is showing "Ordered" or "Received"
there will be 30% cancellation fee.
If item status is showing "Paid/Shipped" then it
can not be cancelled.

Return Refund
Policy
As an industry standard for special occasion wear, we have a NO
REFUND, STORE CREDIT ONLY policy on returns.
However, with us, the store credit is valid for one year
for any of the merchandise on our website.

receiving your package to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
(RAN) before sending the item back. No return number can be issued
after the 5 days.
All items are carefully and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
Higher-End Designer Dresses Exchange / Return Policy
(Alyce Designs, Eden
Bridal, Interlude, Jasz, Sherry, Soulmates, Terani)
Item numbers
starting with AD, ED, FV, IN, JS, JV, SH, SM, TE are
under following policy.
For all higher-end designer
dresses, sales are final (Industry standard for formal / special
occasion wear). However, we offer to our customer one
exception. For those with a size issue, we allow one time size
exchange with 50% RESTOCKING FEE,
CANCELLATION FEE is 50%.
Made-to-Order
Items: (Items
made at factory per request, taking 4-12 weeks for delivery)
Made-to-Order
items are made at the factory after order has been placed, taking
between 4-12 weeks.
Made-to-Order
Items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
RA# (Return
Authorization Number)
Before sending the merchandise back to us, you will need to use
Live-Chat or call customer service and receive a
Return Authorization Number (RN#), and write outside the box.
You must write the
RA# on the outside of the box below the return address.
All packages that do not have the RAN on the outside of the box will be refused.
All items being returned must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving them. The receive date is determined by the tracking number for your package.
* Shipping charges and rush fees are non-refundable.
* Bras, undergarments, headpieces can not be returned.
* Exchanged item can not be returned for exchange/refund.
* Special Sale items / Clearance items are Final Sale, and
they are not returnable.
* Returned dresses will be carefully inspected. Any sign of
wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of
wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange/store-credit, and
will be returned at customers expense.

Clearance and
Sale Items can be exchanged to other items on clearance or sale.
International
customers. We will do our best to keep the customs duty charge to
minimum.
Please
note that shipper is not responsible for customs/duty fees.
However, we will do our best to keep your shipping cost lowest as
possible.
