If item is Not
Available or Sold out, you WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
You will not be charged if item is not available or sold
out. Charging or "capturing" is done
when item is shipped. When your order is processed, your card
will only be "authorized" showing "pending" status, which will
drop off automatically if not "captured". The correct
amount will be "captured" when item is shipped.
Please be assured that we have sophisticated
system for highly accurate and reliable accounting. If item is returned for exchange and
replacement item is sold out, store credit will be issued.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT!
Industry standard for special occasion dresses is that returns are not
accepted due to the nature of the business (dresses are ordered for a special
one time event).

will allow you to know everything about your order every step of the way,
including the process involved with returns / exchanges / refunds.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We accept
returns on all of our merchandise, with only one exception: Undergarments, Bra Cups, and Earrings (due to sanitary/health reasons). Even our On Sale and On Clearnace items can be returned for exchange to other On Sale / Clearnace items.
HOW TO RETURN A MERCHANDISE
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for
store credit with a 10% restocking fee based on the price of the item.
Due to the nature of the business, you must contact us within 5 days of
receiving your order for a return authorization number.
Merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a return authorization
number from us.
When returned item is received, you will receive a "Return Item
Received" email, and you will be updated via email every step of the return process
per our "No Doubts Customer Service".
HOW TO EXCHANGE A MERCHANDISE
Please return the original item to us per our return policy above. Store credit
will be issued after thorough inspection. We process returned items daily, and you will be notified by email within 1-2
business days after the receipt regarding your exchange / store credit. We fully
understand the importance of speedy exchange, and we will make this
happen faster (with detail information on the progress) than any other
company in this industry.
IMPORTANT NOTICE & RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS
- All items must be returned within 5 days. Returns postmarked after 5
days of your receipt date or missing a return authorization number will be
returned at customer's shipping expense.
- The dress must be unworn and in the same condition as when receive. Any
merchandise returned without original tags in original place, with any sign
of being worn or used, any stain or smell (perfume / cigarette / body odor),
or altered in any way will not receive any form of credit.
- Customers have to send it back and they are responsible for return
shipping cost (may use any carrier). Please obtain a valid tracking number
and save.
- If customer does not accept the merchandise returned, no store credit
will be issued.
- Return/Exchange process is a vital part of our dedicated customer
service and all items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse
and after received from customer. Unauthorized returned merchandise will be
returned back to the customer at customer's expense.
RESTOCKING FEE
There is a 10% restocking fee per item for
size exchanges based on the
price of the item. For example, if you need to exchange to a same
item, same color but different size. There is a 20% restocking fee for
exchange to a different color or different item. There is a 30%
restocking fee for cancellation after the item status show "ordered" on
customer record page. "Ordered" status indicates that the factory has
shipped the item already. Please
understand that NONE of the

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please
understand that NONE of the
designers accept returns in this industry, and
this is a serious issue for formal wear business. Exchanges/returns
are costly (item cost, shipping cost, processing time and
cost), and we are striving for the very best we can do on

If item status is showing "Ready to Order" then
you may cancel without any fee.
If item status is showing "Ordered", "Received"
there will be 30% cancellation fee.
If item status is showing "Paid/Shipped" then it
can not be cancelled.
International
customers. We will do our best to keep the customs duty charge to
minimum.

note that shipper is not responsible for customs/duty fees.
